Another great day at the lake. We have electricity but no other hook ups here. We do have water in our fresh tank and can wash our hands. I go into the blue cabin to wash dishes every night to save water. We also shower and potty during the day either in the blue cabin or the in one of the 2 full bathrooms in building with the office/ game room/ laundry room/ fish cleaning room…
It’s kinda a hobo-make-shift spot that isn’t really a spot. Seems like they have utilized it before, but not regularly. (There are seasonal campsites behind us).
I did a load of laundry, picked up groceries, and cleaned out the camper fridge a bit earlier today…normal upkeep/ daily life stuff.
Jackson went fishing this morning at a lake nearby. Swimming and beach time happened later this afternoon to wait for the shade to appear. Amelia still isn’t fond of the water. I didn’t even bother with changing Amelia or myself into swimsuits today. We just got our toes and legs in again.
It was a gorgeously hot day here though and the rest of the kids enjoyed swimming. 86° F. It was fabulous!
I’m going to do some reading and eventually get Jackson to bed. He has been having the most fun here! Goodnight!
